Guns are an unusual product. In America, there are more guns than people and more people with guns than anywhere else in the world.
When you study economics, you are taught that there is a balance between supply and demand. Demand is supposed to match supply. But in the case of guns, the supply creates further demand: the more we kill one another, the more Americans decide that they need guns to protect themselves. Get rid of the guns.
We don’t have proper anti-gun legislation because our society cares more about money than it does about lives.
The 2nd Amendment is specific about a gun to protect your home, not a gun to walk the streets with. Rid America of guns and we will be a safer society.
